At that time, I was informed that the shop was busy and that I should expect an estimate within 5-7 business days. After two weeks, I called for an update and was told the mower had not yet been inspected due to weather and seasonal workload. A week later, I called again and was assured that someone would contact me with the estimate. Another week passed with no communication. At that point, I was only reaching an answering service and repeatedly left messages that were never returned. By mid-December, I requested to speak with the owner or manager. I was told they were unavailable but would return my call. The following week, after receiving no response, I informed the shop that I would be picking up my mower. When I arrived, I learned the business had closed for vacation until January. When I finally retrieved the mower, I requested a refund since no repairs had been performed. I also noticed that the fuel tank was empty despite having paid for fuel to test the equipment. I was told that an estimate had been completed, but the employee could not locate it and promised to email it to me. More than six months later, I have still never received that estimate. The most disappointing aspect of this experience was the lack of communication and follow-through. Customers deserve timely updates and honest information about the status of their equipment. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business and believe it reflects poorly on the Pueblo business community.

Those two work harder than any landscapers we have ever used! Just two guys, busting butt most of the day. A couple of days they had some afternoon help, but they still outworked them all. They were knowledgeable, professional and very kind and patient with an old lady who wasn't sure where all the extra water and electric lines ran from previous landscaping jobs. It was over 100° every day. I kept trying to get them to take breaks, but they just kept at it. We had been waiting months for another landscaping company and gave up on them. Bill called ABOVE AND BEYOND LANDSCAPING, and they came to evaluate what we needed and we got an estimate the next day! Within a week, everything was completed. I cannot tell you how pleased we are with this company. Especially Roy and George! If you need work done, this is the place call. call. The name of the business says it all!
