To accommodate those in wheelchairs (or for the entertainment of small children) they have a button on both sides of the front door that will automatically open it for you. They don't have onsite parking but there is plenty of street parking available in the area. It is recommended that you book before turning up to this medical centre as they are usually quite busy. Booking in the morning you will obviously have more of a chance of getting in and seeing your selected GP. Although this medical centre has all the niceties about it, it is very expensive. I suppose it is Remuera and that's to be expected, but it's certainly not cheap to come here. They do however accept community service cards which can sometimes help discount the price.

I can only speak for my experience with Dr Tony Morris and his team at the Eye Institute but they have provided truly exceptional service and follow up. I enlisted them for iLasik surgery to correct my very poor vision. From my first consultation to the actual surgery to the post-op follow up, the customer service and care have been calming, confident, and collected. The only downside of the surgery is the cost, but really as it is technically plastic surgery that really can't be helped. I would say that if you have a relatively strong prescription, at the very least get a free consultation to see if you would be a good candidate. It will be the best thing you will do for yourself.

So i booked an appointment with him, had my eyes checked 3 weeks ago and im a good candidate for SMILE surgery which is the newest and advanced eye laser surgery. I had my eyes done yesterday, no pain at all! Dr. Adam Watson is very thorough and his team is the best. They made me feel relax and comfortable. Very shortly thereafter, Dr Ruoh Sim saw me. Even though it was the end of his shift, he heard me out on ALL my concerns and provided a solution for each one. I received a breathing treatment in the office, and the doctor gave me prescriptions before I left the office. Visit was 1 hour in total that included roughly 45 minutes of treatment time. Note: I am traveling from overseas, paid out of pocket, and had a flight scheduled for the following day. Dr Ruoh treated me with all of these factors in mind. Professional, kind, and thorough.
