They were pushy to get my stepmom to sign the paperwork. We asked for a few locks of hair from my father before his cremation, and when we went to pick it up, it was very, very fluffy, white hair. My father had salt and pepper hair. Not fluffy, white hair and if that wasn't enough, the lady that was supposedly helping us went to my stepmom's house today. And left a message saying, how truly sorry she was and leaving a baggie with some very black yeah, opening up her wounds all over again. This is horrible, this somebody would be so inconsiderate, I do not recommend this business at all. We have actually even thought maybe those weren't even my father's Ashes. After what they've done, we don't know what to think. And that's sad...

A bunch of headstones are buried and the sprinklers are broken causing flooding…read more I complained last year when my best friend's headstone was buried, they cleaned it and then emailed me claiming I couldn't find it. I have never had trouble finding it for 10+ years, and when I went back it looked freshly uncovered and wiped. This year on 8/9/22 I went to visit her for her birthday and these pictures are what I came to. I took around 20 photos all showing overgrown weeds, buried headstones, and flooding. Absolutely disgraceful and disrespectful. My best friend, the veterans, the children, and the many other loved ones deserve BETTER than this! It used to be beautiful 11 years ago when my best friend was buried. Now it's shameful.
