In her texts, she referred to the work I needed done as a "small" job as if that justified the disregard and unprofessionalism. When I called, the wife answered and said they were still with another customer. Why she didn't call to provide an update, I do not know. No apology or anything for my inconvenience. The husband said they would reach out after that job was done even though my location was "45 mins away". It's the same address I gave them when I booked the appointment. They never did call, text, or make any effort to remedy the situation. Nothing. Very unprofessional.

I told him I had to wait on the car and that's why I needed an appointment. He became extremely rude. He said he would not work on my car at all. He had other cars to work on. I lived in this and was gonna give my business to a merchant. I have done business here before and it has been excellent. Not anymore. I will never go back or recommend this place again. This is not Mexico. This guy was the biggest jerk I've met in a long time. Do yourself a favor and find someplace else to take your car.

I was recommended to this shop by some people that said they were good. called to get a quote. they said they will pass on the deal. they wouldn't even check the car into the shop or even attempt to look into it. not a good way to handle customer service.
