I left a message and he called me back, I explained the problem, we scheduled an appointment, the day he was scheduled he called me and said I will be there within the next twenty minutes. I forgot to mention we used him before and had no problems. He showed up when he was scheduled, and fixed the problem. This trip was different, my leak was under the driveway, the hose was broken and it wasn't placed inside a larger pipe that he could feed the new hose through. He gave me three options.1. Don't fix it. 2. Replace the whole drip system or 3. Try to connect the old hose to the new hose and pull it through the driveway from one side to the other. He said it could be risky but I said we'll at least have a 50/50 chance. I told him let's go for it, I signed off that I would be responsible for the outcome. After he connected the one end to the hose, he started pulling it under the driveway to the other side. He started pulling it , after several pulls the new hose came out the other side under the driveway. He made several connections and turned the water on and I was back in business.
