I told him thats not what was on my receipt and he immediately got flustered and combative. HUGE RED FLAG. I pulled out the receipt from my email and showed it to him, where he rolled his eyes and said "fine. We just have to re-do the transaction." Why would you have to re-do the transaction unless you were purposely and illegally trying to charge me more? Then, the moron gave me the wrong item! He gave me a "2 gram Diamonds and Sauce" piece of crap that I couldn't use. I unfortunately found this out when I got home, so when I called to talk to a manager the receptionist just said "they're going to ask you to come in anyway so you might as well come back if you want to deal with it " Was that supposed to deter me from fixing YOUR problem? I went back to this god-awful store and waited forever while some random guy at reception took my ID and just fully disappeared. Didn't bring me back to help out, just left me waiting at the front lobby hoping that this stranger would bring my ID back and wasn't copying it or trying to steal my information. Then some random guy comes out and shows me some stupid fucking receipt that those idiots printed off and tried to gaslight me into thinking I actually ordered the Diamonds and Sauce. THANKFULLY, there's one thing that was completely out of their control- the online receipt I received in my email. I wish you would have seen the absolute dumbfounded look on their faces when I showed them the email that very clearly stated that I ordered a Live Resin Badder and had NO indication of "Diamonds and Sauce" anywhere in the email receipt. Again, the idiots disappeared behind their little door but at least this time they left me with my ID. The female manager assured me that "we are going to fix this. Should be easy." 5-10 minutes later, one of the guys that originally tried to gaslight me came back with some money that didn't even total the original amount they charged me and said "oops, it's actually out of stock." No alternative options were given. They didn't even have the intelligence to suggest I just get a different strain. It was obvious that they had been caught in their little con and were trying to usher me out of the door as soon as possible. I've submitted this information to local review sites and made a complaint on the Better Business Bureau website. I'll do anything I possibly can to spread the word in the Kansas City area of their lies, deceit, and illegal practices.

Either admit you have very little real way to keep track of the circumstance and that the evidence is okay at best, or take the imaginary monetary loss on the chin given yall have probably lost more money due to negligent practice than this one situation.
