Cricket Yee is the real deal…read more Buying a home is stressful. Cricket made it feel manageable - and even exciting. She is responsive, sharp, organized, and incredibly calm under pressure. Whenever something unexpected came up (and in real estate, something always does), she handled it immediately and strategically. She fought for us during negotiations, kept everything on track during escrow, and explained every step in plain English. We never felt lost or unsure about what was happening. Beyond the professionalism, she genuinely cares. You can tell she wants her clients to win, not just close. If you're buying or selling in LA, call Cricket. Period.

I worked with this agent to list my rental properties in Winnetka, CA. My properties were not…read moreadvertised correctly on key platforms, including Apartments.com, Homes.com, and Zillow, which are among the most important channels for marketing rental listings. This negatively affected visibility and inquiries. When I raised these issues and requested corrections, the agent declined to address them, stating that it would take too much time and that technical personnel were unavailable. As a result, the inaccuracies remained unresolved. When I continued to follow up regarding these issues, the agent terminated the agency relationship, which caused delays in marketing my properties. She also suggested that my listings be transferred to more junior personnel within her brokerage rather than handling the matter herself. In addition, I gave clear instructions to restrict access to a separate furnished studio unit with valuable contents and specifically requested that the lockbox code be changed so contractors could not enter. Despite these instructions, after termination of my agreement she willfully made the key accessible to the contractors. In my experience, her conduct was unprofessional, including failing to correct listing errors, not following clear instructions regarding property access, and terminating the agency after concerns were raised. Based on my experience, there were significant lapses in responsiveness, follow-through, and adherence to client instructions.

From the owner: As a scientist, mother, and entrepreneur, I approach this industry differently than most realtors…read more I caught the real estate bug during my own home purchase and renovation, when I acted as both designer and foreman on the project. My appreciation for aesthetics, paired with my analytical and business awareness allowed me to think about design and functionality while balancing cost and return on investment. I understand the true financial and emotional value of a home and love helping my clients reach their own real estate goals. Real estate is about a lot more than contracts and transactions. It’s business rooted in emotion, communication and teamwork. As a realtor, I find myself acting as my clients’ partner, cheerleader, advocate and even therapist in the oftentimes stressful process of buying, selling or moving. I get so much joy in helping to guide my clients though a smooth, positive, and (dare I say?) fun home buying and selling experience. By combining endless optimism and the ability to multitask with keen problem solving and negotiating skills, I work tirelessly on behalf my buyers and sellers. If you are thinking about making a move this year or have questions about the real estate market, I would love to chat about my approach and what I am doing differently to ensure incredible outcomes for my clients.

Buying our first home was a journey filled with excitement, uncertainty, and countless house tours…read more For months, nothing truly felt like home until we walked into Justin's listing. At the time, we didn't have a real estate agent. Justin was hosting the open house as the listing agent, and after meeting him, we asked if he would represent us. From the very beginning, Justin was honest and transparent. He candidly explained that dual representation could sometimes create challenges, and we immediately appreciated his integrity and straightforward approach. Throughout the entire process, Justin understood how much this home meant to us. He was always honest, clear, responsive, and patient, making what could have been a stressful first-time homebuying experience feel seamless. His knowledge of the Valley, strong network of connections, and willingness to guide us through every step gave us the confidence we needed as first-time buyers. What started as a professional relationship quickly became something more. We found not only a trusted realtor for years to come, but also a neighbor who genuinely wanted to help us find our way home. We are incredibly grateful for Justin's guidance, expertise, and kindness. If you're looking for someone who will advocate for you, communicate honestly, and truly care about your experience, we cannot recommend Justin highly enough.

You need somebody that is going to fight for you, somebody that leaves no stone unturned and can give you peace of mind. We had several obstacles to overcome and he held my hand the whole time. He knows how to strategize, think on his feet, and he'll literally predict the entire process as you watch it play out in real time. He knows everybody in the business, but not just in his field. He has a "rolodex" of the best service providers (ie Handyman, Loan officers, Cleaning, landscaping, contractors, etc) who I've become close with all of them and use them still. Our challenges occured during the gov't shutdown. He stayed the course while the odds were against us. I have been referring clients to him for 15 years now. I trust him and he delivers and he cares. He not only earns his commish, he puts it to work FOR YOU. That's VALUE MY FRIENDS!
