Some of those rocks flew off their trailer and straight into my windshield. The driver continued driving, probably oblivious to what he had done. I left 2 voicemails for them, asking that they cover the $500 deductible to have my windshield replaced. They never called me back. We had the materials and just needed the build. Casey agreed to take on this project and put the time in to study the procedures to be sure that they would fulfill the brand's warranty requirements. It is difficult to extend to Casey and his crew how appreciative we were with them taking on this job, and completing it so quickly before the winter months. We do have a bit of finishing work to complete in the spring due to the winter rolling in, but this does not take away from the dedication and professional manner in which they worked day after day. They go above and beyond, are extremely patient, and work hard from sunrise to sunset to finish the job on time. They care about the quality of their work. It's hard to find a company like this to work with. They also have great subcontractors that they work with. Very professional outfit. I know ours was a tricky project given the materials, as they are not very common or familiar. We were blessed to find this company as we were in a bit of a bind in getting this job completed.
