I took my laptop here because it suddenly stopped working. He had no idea what specifically was wrong with the motherboard and yet I still paid the full diagnostics fee? They couldn't find the motherboard replacement part because they didn't have the serial number when I could find it from the model number on the bottom of my laptop. After requesting a data transfer it took 3 more calls from my end and 3 more calls from them to update to get it done. All in all it took 2 weeks to get my laptop back for something that should've taken 2-3 business days WITH a data transfer. Very upsetting and all around they seem incompetent with poor service. Take your laptop anywhere else.
