In addition, he suggested that I replace the hard drive in the old computer, so that it would work faster (it was very slow, and I have had the experience that removing all the junk that seeps into a computer over time slows it down). Between cleaning it up and replacing the hard drive, the old one is much much faster. i did not need much to set up the new one. But he did give me several tips on dealing with smaller problems as we talked as he worked. This is the second time I used his services, and I am happy with the results. I will call on him again when i need help.
