I never received a notification via email or post. I called to ask what happened to my policy and was told it was cancelled late last year because I made a claim over TWO YEARS prior. Having coverage for claims is literally the purpose for having insurance. If you plan on using your policy for its intended purpose, expect to be unceremoniously axed 2 years later with no explanation or notification. I will say that the process was easy when we had to make a claim due to theft, but I'm extremely disappointed that they cancelled our policy because we dared to actually use it.
