They gave an ETA of one hour, but after TWO hours, no one showed up. I purchase tires regularly as a result of my high-mileage driving. This particular car is on its fourth set of tires. They most recent set was purchased from a well known chain with a lot of commercials bragging about low prices. Well I am here to say that chain does not compare to the customer service and quality tire I purchased from this Metro 25 franchise. My tires were ordered over the phone and an appointment made to install them the same day. (My tires aren't a common size.) I arrived on time for my appointment and about 1-hr later I was on my way with new tires installed. There was no upselling, much appreciated. Waiting area isn't beautiful, but it was large with plenty of room to move around with other waiting customers. No frills, so bring your own coffee and entertainment if you plan to wait on your car. I would highly recommend this business to friends and clients. They have earned all of my future automotive service needs.
