I've been passing by this business for years and was excited to see they decided to open up a Christmas tree lot this year. The skeptic that my husband is said that he didn't even wanna check it out because he assumed they were overpriced. We planned to do the usual (Lowe's) then ended up stopping by Home Depot as recommended by a neighbor. The only disappointment with Home Depot was that they were all strung up, so we couldn't analyze them like we usually do. So again I insisted we stop by this place just to browse on our way to Lowe's. Luckily, immediately we realized that not only were the Frazier Furs they have out gorgeous but also very competitively priced. With two little ones by our side, it didn't take long for us to decide this was where our next tree would be from. We learned that this landscaping and lawn service business (Green Seasons) bought 350 trees to sample out the market this year, and this weekend has been pretty good to them as far as tree sales. No complaints with customer service as even with only one worker out helping (Cody), he helped with all our questions and needs. So glad we shopped local this weekend, and I hope they decide to sell trees again next year! read more

I have used Green Seasons for two different properties--one with great results and the other has been nothing short of total disappointment. You would never believe I had hired a landscape company to manage it! I spent hours this morning scraping overgrown ivy off of the stucco on my house (up to the overhang of the roof) and will now have to have it repainted. The bushes are terribly overgrown and under-pruned. There is a large trench that they have weed eated into the side of a flower bed causing dirt from the bed to erode into the street. They have been unresponsive to my requests to get these things amended. I am so disappointed and am switching to Makaira. read more

For many years, GreenSeasons has been my one call whenever I needed work done in my landscape. They have trimmed my palm trees, removed trees completely, reworked my landscaping beds and even repaired my irrigation system. They weren't always perfect, but when I had an issue with something, they were quick to address it and remedy the situation. Well, that was in the past. I'm not sure if they have had a change in leadership or not, but the GreenSeasons today is NOT the same company they were in the past. Recently, I tried to get them back out to my house to trim the same palm trees that they have done for years, but this time...all I got was push backs, excuses and rescheduled dates. I only received the information regarding the rescheduling AFTER I called them wondering why they didn't show up? The "customer service professionals" are far from professional. They don't always answer calls and when they do, they transfer you to voicemails without taking the time to even ask if they could help. And this was coming from their customer service manager! If you leave a message, they never call you back. The only time that you will speak to them is if you happen to get lucky and they answer your call. After you are able to speak with a customer service "professional", you can no longer believe a word they say. They will contact the working crews to find out why they didn't show up...but they won't call you back to let you know. You have to call them back and then they will tell you. The communication between the inside team and the field crews is unbelievably bad and I'm not certain that this is not an "inmates running the asylum" situation. It appears the field crews determine everything and they truly don't care about customer service or any inconveniences their lack of information and communication causes their customers. Or, as in my case, their former customers. So, where in the past I would have recommended GreenSeasons for tree trimming and general landscape work...there is no way I would do that today. They have lost their focus and all sense of professionalism. If you have TONS of patience and you are willing to listen to lie after lie (after you track them down), then God bless you and good luck. But if you want your job done right and when they say they will do it (within reason), I would suggest you skip this company and call the next one on your list. I rearranged my entire day and schedule to be home to meet someone to discuss my landscape project. Miguel left a voicemail at the very last minute saying he is not coming. I tried calling back and no answer. I called the office. Simone said said they called him and he did not answer. I will never call this place again and will pass the word to all my family and friends how this business is unreliable. read more
