The skeptic that my husband is said that he didn't even wanna check it out because he assumed they were overpriced. We planned to do the usual (Lowe's) then ended up stopping by Home Depot as recommended by a neighbor. The only disappointment with Home Depot was that they were all strung up, so we couldn't analyze them like we usually do. So again I insisted we stop by this place just to browse on our way to Lowe's. Luckily, immediately we realized that not only were the Frazier Furs they have out gorgeous but also very competitively priced. With two little ones by our side, it didn't take long for us to decide this was where our next tree would be from. We learned that this landscaping and lawn service business (Green Seasons) bought 350 trees to sample out the market this year, and this weekend has been pretty good to them as far as tree sales. No complaints with customer service as even with only one worker out helping (Cody), he helped with all our questions and needs. They sent emails to keep me informed and Michael Coates was very professional. As time went on, things changed. I no longer got an email reminding me when they were coming. There were several problems with over billing. Then they just stopped responding to my requests and emails. They told me they sent out an email that they were going to cut my grass in February but I never got it, so I challenged the charge. Even though they said they'd remove the charge, they haven't to date. I've had family step up to help with lawn care, now. It makes me sad to leave a bad review, because I know how hard it is to get new customers. The techs came out with the vacuum truck and the machine to get everything going. I was so relieved that they were able to fix the problem in such a hurry and that they did not charge me an arm and leg to do it.
