This is not a business built on love or respect. I spent every summer working hard alongside my father, who founded this company and built it with honesty, integrity, and genuine care for people. I continued working for him until I graduated college, and I know firsthand the principles he instilled in the business. Sadly, those principles were not carried forward when the current owner took over. While the current owner may appear friendly at first, my personal experience with him has been deeply troubling. His lack of respect for others has been consistent since we were young. In high school, he once forcefully poked me hard under the armpit, causing my arm to dislocate. That single act led to years of pain, multiple surgeries, and ongoing shoulder instability -- and to this day, he has never once apologized for the harm and suffering he caused. This disregard for my wellbeing reflects the same lack of care and respect I have witnessed in his behavior as an adult. More recently, he has also attempted to manipulate my mother into pressuring me to take down or edit my review in his favor, rather than taking responsibility or offering an apology for the harm caused. This effort to silence me further demonstrates the same patterns of control, manipulation, and avoidance of accountability that I have experienced for years. As the current owner, he has shown a pattern of making derogatory remarks about women, including our own mother, and manipulative behavior within family relationships. Although he holds bachelor's degrees in business and marketing, his actions fall far short of professionalism and respect. He presents himself as a Christian, yet I have witnessed hypocrisy, judgment, and openly anti-gay attitudes. In my experience, his lack of compassion and respect raises serious concerns about his integrity and trustworthiness in business. Thank you Greensmith Landscapes for coming to our rescue! We were overwhelmed with a remodel plus having to figure out what to do with our crazy yard and all the dead plants and debris. (And then the Holidays showed up)...Sam and TJ were on time and always showed up when they said they would...a real professional crew and very friendly...my husband agrees with me and he was a professional landscaper in San Clemente as a young man. They listened to all of our concerns about the property and got to work in a timely manner. Their manager, Jessica, was always in communication with the crew and with us...she answers the phone promptly or calls back as soon as possible. Her quote was an hourly wage and I gave her a budget.
