Just left my roof with holes draining rain into my attic. Once again, 512 Solar was excellent at getting our quote together, suggesting two hardwired chargers that the city does rebates on, and actually getting the work done as well. We have to do the final step with submitting the rebate paperwork to the city, I believe, but that's small beans compared to all the work that JP and Huiyun did for us at the outset. ATX SOLAR came around our neighborhood door-to-door where the houses were just being built with only a handful finished. If you've ever been in that situation, there are LOT of people that knock on your door daily. Blake's team was very different, and the only ones that got our business. They were laid back, not pushy and just had facts about solar along with some nice small talk. Should also note they were the only people that had a business card. We set the appointment and a few days later Blake himself came to give me more info on solar and the whole unique process he takes. You could tell that Blake goes about business differently compared to the rest of the solar industry where scams are frequent. Integrity, upfront facts about panels and their output and clear communication along with setting reasonable expectations in regards to solar was how I was sold on solar, not the feeling of being pushed. Then a few years later, after trouble free operation, we thought there was a problem with the inverter. We called Chris and he made an appointment for the next day to meet at the house. He determined the fuses in the breaker box out at the panels were blown and replaced them at that visit. CRSolar is a local company here to stay.
