Technician arrived on time as scheduled. Ladder and cleaning supplies in hand, he went to work. We checked the power output at the beginning of the job. We were registering at 5.1 watts. The entire cleaning of 17 panels took a bit over 2 hours. By the conclusion, the output was 7.2 watts. I recently contacted Dynamic Solar and 2 other solar companies to get a quote for removal and reset of my solar panels due to hail damage to my roof. I was immediately contacted by Mr. Jesse Kennan asking to speak to me about my solar needs and timeline associated. I'll admit I wasn't ready yet. Five of my fifteen solar panels had not been working since July 2024. I engaged Native Solar to fix them, but after 6 months, the panels were still not working. (I was busy with other things during this period, and so there were long lapses in my interaction with Native.) Jesse from Dynamic Solar Design came over and explained the empirical process he would use to determine what was not working and how to fix it. It took a month or so to get Enphase to approve him and his company to study and fix the panels, but once they had done so, he came over immediately and fixed the problem within a few hours. I am a local roofing contractor and Dynamic and I have worked in tandem on several projects. Scheduling is a primary concern, as we can not remove and replace a roof which has existing solar panels. Jesse and I have been able seamlessly coordinate our schedules. The time between solar removal and reinstallation has been minimal for homeowners. We lost power during the past winters multiple times- I did not want to go through that again! We got two estimates; Dynamic Solar was a better price and configuration. We now have a system from Dynamic Solar to provide power during blackouts and a bonus, get credit from our power company for excess power. Jesse did some creative problem solving to get a faulty inverter replaced quickly on startup. The install team was very competent and friendly. Overall - excellent service.
