He has earned our trust by selling and installing 9 panels. So we recently ordered 16 more. He was completing those today and i had an urgent MRI, which required sedation so my wife drove me. Technician arrived on time as scheduled. Ladder and cleaning supplies in hand, he went to work. We checked the power output at the beginning of the job. We were registering at 5.1 watts. The entire cleaning of 17 panels took a bit over 2 hours. By the conclusion, the output was 7.2 watts. Five of my fifteen solar panels had not been working since July 2024. I engaged Native Solar to fix them, but after 6 months, the panels were still not working. (I was busy with other things during this period, and so there were long lapses in my interaction with Native.) Jesse from Dynamic Solar Design came over and explained the empirical process he would use to determine what was not working and how to fix it. It took a month or so to get Enphase to approve him and his company to study and fix the panels, but once they had done so, he came over immediately and fixed the problem within a few hours. I have worked with Jesse Keenan, owner of Dynamic Solar Design, in a professional capacity on multiple occasions. I am a local roofing contractor and Dynamic and I have worked in tandem on several projects. Scheduling is a primary concern, as we can not remove and replace a roof which has existing solar panels. We lost power during the past winters multiple times- I did not want to go through that again! We got two estimates; Dynamic Solar was a better price and configuration. We now have a system from Dynamic Solar to provide power during blackouts and a bonus, get credit from our power company for excess power.
