How hard can cooking a vegetable balti be?! A balti should be a fresh, vibrant dish - alive with colour and rich flavour. The sauce, a tortured poo-roux, resembling reconstituted sewage. What were once vegetables had lost all structural integrity; their limp, overlooked über-reheated mush, could barely sustain being lifted by a fork. You think I exaggerate? Order this dish and sample it for yourself. I take that back immediately. Avoid this place like the plague. I've eaten better food in a Kuwaiti side street sh*thole. I cannot unlearn what I have learned; all I know is that this so-called curry house is an abomination - a disgrace to the cuisine of a great country. Cards on the table it was rank.
