No worries, I'm just letting things build up until...... last the lightbulb that was supposedly being replaced/fixed ISNT!!!! I'm sure the maintenance boy deliberately didn't replace the bulb he clearly just wanted to show up on my doorstep to talk into my camera because he felt some type of way. This place allow tenants to play music extremely loud as long as it's in the day time. I mean so loud you can't tell where it's coming from. However Valerie again stated it's in the day so nothing could be done. Next time Im calling the police it's a disturbance PERIOD! Maybe someone should test it out by playing loud music outside of the leasing office and see what response is given. Everytime we've had and issue, it's been straight ened out. My bank account was tampered with, I did receive a notice to quit for Non-payment. I went to the office and Dayna was very professional and understanding but she told me TO GO GET THE MONEY ORDER TO SATISFY THE TENT AND WATER BILL FOR THAT MONTH. Jim on the other hand has been equally professional with his knowledge on just about anything regarding a mobile home. He is LIKE JOHNNY ON THE SPOT WHEN LITTLE OR BIG THINGS HAPPEN. Jim is a wonderful/knowledgeable Man. Once my furnace, hot water heater and stove was NOT WORKING. We were nervous, I ra n to the offic, told Jim, he comes over immediately and determined that the gas line OUTSIDE HAD BEEN SWITCHED TO OFF. Really a very simple fix in a very cold State of Michigan. Jim and Dayna are very considerate people, we love them here !!!
