What we did not expect was a front desk person violating HIPPA, and deterring moms friends from visiting. We also expected the staff to follow the prescription directives and well, we were wrong there, too. They set mom up for failure, they treated her poorly, and then they threw her away and refused to accept her back. In addition to the monthly fees they wanted us to hire 24/7 sitters to come be with her. If we were going to do that, why move her to assisted living??? Now they have changed the name of the business to Kempton at Greenville. Hopefully the new owners won't be trash and will revamp management and their nursing system. Hopefully they will also train the sales people to not lie and sell a glamorous experience when it really isn't. If your loved one has Alzheimers, spend the extra money and go with a better place.
