My family has been patients of Greenwich Pediatric Associates for two generations. They have taken exceptional care of our three children, especially our twins who were preemies with the many health conditions that brought. They have helped with diagnosing and treating rare and/ or difficult conditions such as Periodic Fever Syndrome PFAPA (106 F monthly fevers that were brought under control), ARFID, ADHD, scoliosis, and anxiety. The doctors are exceptionally caring, take their time with each child and made referrals to specialists as needed, helped us with medical forms for schools, prescriptions and guidance when traveling. Reaching them after hours and on weekends is easy as there are doctors always on call. They follow up about care with other specialists and keep excellent medical records. It can sometimes be busy at the practice but wait times to be seen are short and I can usually get appointments for sick visits rather quickly. They do a great job of scheduling visits. There is one new person in the front office for those who have concerns, and they are helpful. I've had no issues in general though, if I'm put on hold for more than a few minutes, I call again and get through. I do find its easier to reach them now. read more

I really don't want to write this review because the drs are wonderful (we had dr millman and dr cass) but the front desk of this practice needs to be fired. It seems that the practice has let them ruin their reputation from the last few reviews. The office manager Vicki is great- but the two that are at the window and answer phones most of the time need to go. My family is also second generation here and it's sad that it's come to this. Our kids have been there for five years and either we don't get call backs, records are delayed or you are treated like crap. In fact guaranteed you will be treated like crap when you walk in. We've just moved and it's actually unbelievable how rude the front desk has been on EMAIL when responding to record requests. Responding in terse short sentences no matter how polite I am and even cutting me off mid sentence when I call. They need to find a new job- it's not fair all the patients are bullied into finding a new practice. read more

The doctors here are friendly and the office is fun (nice fish tank in the reception area and a running train in one of the patient rooms). However, I can't deal with the group any more as the receptionists are beyond rude, inefficient and just generally miserable. I am moving over to another practice so that I can have a more positive experience for myself and my children. read more

Doctors and professional staff are great; however, front desk personnel need serious training in customer service. They answer phone and immediately out you on hold without even waiting for a response to their question "Can you hold?" Then who knows if they'll ever pick up your call. Just today, I've been on hold twice over 10 mins. I could have driven to the office and have saved time. This rating is for the front desk staff. read more

This place sucks! I took my 9 year daughter with congestion and sore throat to be seen by a Doctor. After receiving negative test results for covid, Flu and Strep, the Dr. didn't want to prescribe her anything. 2 days later, my daughter is crying in pain and complaining her ear was hurting. I once again took her back to Greenwich Pediatrics. The Dr. checked her ear and gave her once again nothing, despite my daughter complaining of pain. The Dr. said she didn't have an infection and that we should only give her pain medication - this was the day before Thanksgiving. I once again took my daughter home with no medication. At night my daughter was screaming in pain and when I called the Dr, there was no answer. I ultimately had to take her to a walk in clinic to be seen where they finally prescribed her antibiotics. Unfortunately my 9 year old is still in pain and there's now a massive infection in her ear, all that could've been prevented had the Dr. acted at the right time. I'm extremely disappointed with this clinic and will be looking for another pediatrics. read more

The doctors at this practice are so unbelievable and kind! All three of our kids go here and have received amazing care.

Awful office. they open at 8 but no one answers the phone until 8:30. I've been trying to get my child's records to our new doctor for two weeks. and no one calls me back. very frustrating. They don't seem to care. They need an office manager that has some concept of customer service. Very frustrating. It's a shame because we like to doctors. read more

I can't say enough good things about this practice. Knowledgeable, caring, thorough. From the day of their birth until they move out of the house, my children have only received the very best care from Dr Krowitz, Dr Korval, Dr Cass and the rest of the wonderful doctors and nurses here. So grateful to them! I have 5 kids, so some are still coming to Greenwich Pediatrics and I'm so glad they are in such capable, respectful care. read more

I have been with Greenwich Pediatrics since my oldest son was born in 2014 (and was a patient myself as a child) and cannot speak more highly of the doctors and staff. I have always found them incredibly accessible and able to make an appointment easily (or walk in if needed and with a newborn I often need :)). The doctors always spend a lot of time with me which is a rarity these days, and I feel both they and the staff know me and my family well. The staff know my sons and always ask about them, and my 4 year old seriously loves going to the doctor here. He legitimately looks forward to going to the doctor, what more can you ask for than that?!! As a mother I love this practice for the individualized care and time they spend with us (we see Dr Krowitz for well visits and also have recently seen Korval, Millman and Weiner for sick visits and they truly work as a team). Highly recommend as a patient and mother who has known this practice for over 30 years!!! read more

This practice takes the cake bar none! The walk in hours are a must since you never can predict when your child will get sick! In my experience the doctors are not only thorough but extremely thoughtful- checking up after hours when not expected! We are second generation to this wonderful practice and hope our children's children will continue the tradition. Cannot say enough about Greenwich Pediatrics! Whoever answers the phone needs to actually fulfill their job. I called for a refill to be sent to my pharmacy, however, the person who answered, did not follow through. Furthermore, I can tell that she doesn't care because of her attitude and lack of respect. Lets be honest, if I was a mom calling, they would actually listen and help me. read more

Miserable experience. We have been patients of this office for a few years, but it's time to go. They never return phone calls, and after working to get appointments for well visits for my two kids for three week (yes...it took me THREE weeks to get appointments for well visits for my kids). I am a working mother who had to take a day off to take my kids to this appointment, and then when I got the confirmation email, it was for a different date. When I called to explain the problem and they finally returned my phone call (yes, it took several days), they informed me that the doctor decided not to come in that day, so they took the liberty of just changing my appointment to when it was convenient for THEM. could not agree more. I have three kids and only stayed with them because it was a pain to switch. terrible practice- you can never get a call back- they are always busy - never return calls. it's easier to get an appointment with the Pope than it is to get a flu shot appt here. now to add insult to injury, they have outsourced all their paperwork to millennium services, who are completely impossible to contact. if you enjoy rude, surly service and listening to endless hours of Billy Ocean's Caribbean Queen, then this is the practice for you! read more

Two days after hurricane Sandy the town was in a State Of Emergency - it was cold out, there was no power or phone service and we could not be in our own home (like so many). My two year old was running a temperature and would not bear weight on his leg. I went to my regular pediatrician's office hoping to be seen and the building was inaccessible under trees and power lines. I heard the wait at Greenwich Hospital was hours long and I did not want to drive that far with all of the downed trees and power lines, so I went to Greenwich Pediatrics. It was around 11 am and there were three people in the waiting room. They also did not have power, but were seeing patients. I explained the situation and they saw that my son was miserable. They told me that because my son was not a regular patient, they would not see him. They turned away a suffering two year old during a state of emergency. Unbelievable. To be fair I am not sure if it was the decision of the doctors or the front office staff. Either way, what a terrible way to treat a sick child. We did find a pediatrician that would see my son and he had scarlet fever and a broken leg. He was treated immediately and is doing much better. read more
