They appear to not need new families to add to their heritage. I arrived at their location to…read moreinquire about purchasing plots and, although their were approximately seven (7) vehicles in the parking lot (in addition to the coach and flower van). It was earlier afternoon on a Friday. I was greeted by locked doors. I called the location phone number which was answered. I asked if they were open and was told yes. I told them I was at the door and would like to come in and inquire about pre-need property sales. I was informed I could not come in because they were not taking anymore appointments. The person said they were transferring me to someone in cemetery sales, which she did. No one answered and I finally hung up. I called the next day (Saturday) and after a lot of rings a man answered. I explained I wanted to speak to someone in cemetery sales. I was informed no one could speak to me and would have to call me back. I'm glad I didn't have a death in the family and needed them at the time. I can only imagine how badly I would have been treated. Needless to say, their practices and attitudes have cause them to lose my business and go elsewhere, where I will be treated like family.
