I was told someone would call me on Monday to check on me. That call never came. The office manager is always rude and unprofessional with no care whatsoever. I called to inform that the crown had falling out making it very difficult to eat or drink. They scheduled me an appointment for 2 days later. Got to my appointment, was 15mins late due to me having to leave work and drive 36 minutes to this office to get this crown placed back on that shouldn't have fallen out the next day in the first place. These unprofessional people told me they would have to reschedule me for next week. So I'm already in pain due to this crown falling out, and having an open hole in my mouth, but they still didn't care! I feel as some things should be handled with urgency and CARE and this being one that should've.
