Craig, the owner, was patient and listened with the intent to make sure I was happy. I've had so many experiences where I voice my request for improvements to a contractor and get told how it's impossible to fix (or other excuses). There are no excuses with Craig. He is a stand up guy committed to doing a nice job for his customers and gets that at the end of the day, the customer needs to be happy with the work. Craig answered my many questions, had me point out areas to improve after he primed, and quickly completed minor touch-ups at completion. The owner did the work himself along with one other hard worker. It feels great knowing the money I paid went directly into the pockets of the two people who painted the room (unlike the franchised paint companies).
