Our experience was Amanda was one of the most pleasing experiences we have ever had with another…read moreprofessional. EVERY HOMEBUYER NEEDS AN AMANDA SCHRODER ON THEIR SIDE. Amanda's process was great. After making initial contact with her, she set up a friendly, casusal meeting to discuss what we were looking for, what areas we were interested in, and everuthing in between. She really took that time to get to know us as people. You could tell right away that she is a great professional. We came to that meeting with some previously selected options from Zillow and she was able to tell us immediately about the areas that those houses were in by just reading the address. At the end of the meeting she broke down the process with us further. Giving us a timeline and steps that we could expect. She gave us a list of names to reach out for getting a Pre-approval. She had a contact for us that worked for our Credit Union. This ended up being a big help because we were already established with that Credit Union and making the appointment was simple. After we obtained our pre-approval, Amanada immediately began setting up showings for us. On our second night out with her she offered to drive us around and see about 5 places she found. She spent almost 5 hours with us that night. During which, she talked to us further about what to expect if we found a place we liked and wanted to put in an offer. While we were at the houses, she was able to point out unique features, potential issues, easy fixes, etc... Her knowledge was incredible. Her interaction with seller agents was professional. You could tell they respected her. We've never felt more comfortable in this type of situation. When we found the house we eventually bought it was a last second find on Zillow. It was recently listed and there was an open house on a day we did not have planned to do any showings with Amanda. We texted her and told her we were going to the open house. After the open house we told her we loved it and she set up a second showing later that day so she could walk through the place with us. We ended up tendering an offer that night. While the offer was pending, Amanda continued constant contact with us. The seller wanted to wait another day, so it was stressful. We were very anxious. She helped negotiate us to the point where our offer was the one that was accepted. It was an amazing moment. She was very excited for us. YOU COULD TELL SHE CARED. Amanda's hard work did not stop there. She was present at inspection and helped us get in contact with a great inspector. She helped us negotiate some fixes that were revealed after the inspection. She stood strong with what we wanted and advocated greatly on our behalf. We wanted to hire a lawyer to review closing documents and title, she was able to connect us with a great lawyer for that as well. At closing, she had a little congratulations package for us and was all smiles. After closing, she kept working with us to find painters, carpet installers, and facilitate other convos between us and the seller.
