Justin & Jennifer won us over right away with their reasoning why they wanted to price our home where they did. They were not the realtor with the highest price of our home, but we went with them because we agreed with the comparisons and not wanting to price ourselves out of the market. When we finally were able to get our home on the market (delay was not the fault of Justin or Jennifer), we were very impressed by the results of their marketing. In 2 days we had 9 showings of our house and had 6 offers in writing by the morning of the 3rd day.
