The staff continuously did not understand why were frustrated and in the end told us they would not give any more money back. The worst customer service and final product. When we left, the owner immediately ran outside and pulled in her sign and closed the door. My friend and I both talked about how unwelcomed we felt, and unfortunately, we decided we will not be coming back here. George is very "old school", which has its pros and cons. He only accepts traditional forms pf payments but also has the old school mantra of prioritizing customer satisfaction over profit.
