It went on for SEVEN months and the adjuster (Jessica) was the most unprofessional, unresponsive person I've ever worked with. I reached out to her supervisor constantly and even escalated to the supervisor's supervisor! I work in the insurance industry so I understand the complexity of claims but this place is just a dumpster fire. Don't do it. Get coverage elsewhere.

Store associate was argumentative…read moreand just kept repeating himself on the work the mechanic claimed that needed to be done while refusing to do what was originally asked. The estimate came close to two thousand dollars. The next morning I spent more of my time with another mechanic shop and none of that work needed to be done. I think this store just tries to get as much money out of you as they can regardless if the work really needs it. My car also has a leaking radiator found when I first purchased the car 6 months ago. I gave this shop two opportunities to tell me about it and they did not. I am so glad I have a much better mechanic to take care of my car. Unfortunately my regular mechanic doesn't have the machine to do alignments or one to replace tires. I thought this AAA shop could be my go to for this service but I was wrong. Time to find someone else more reliable and respectful of my time and money. I will never be back.
