There was an error in Allstates billing and it had to be handled manually we were told. A year later the charge is still there. We just were told that the employee who told us she would take care of the problem was fired for lying to customers and although they were sorry for the misunderstanding - we still have to pay the fee. While it is not a lot of money, this was Allstate's mistake and Raina Rauf, the agents in the office and Allstate in general are losing a customer because of they way they handled this issue. Stay away from Raina Rauf and Allstate in general.
