I rented my apartment through these people. What a HUGE mistake. First, two realtors I dealt with…read moregave me false information regarding the state of the apartment being ready and when I would be able to start cleaning and moving my things in. Then shortly after moving in, the landlord decided to sell the building and I began finding letters under my door stating that the realtor would be coming by to show all the apartments to potential buyers. Most recently, she left the letter the day before, which was not enough time for me to plan for that, and I was busy the following day. On the day she would be showing the place, she showed up an hour and a half early and when I didn't open the door, she got the keys from the landlord and tried to get in by herself. Last time I checked, a realtor doesn't have the right to enter a domicile on her own. Much to my dismay I found yet another letter saying she'd be coming by today between 12 and 1 to show the apartments. I got a knock on my door at 11:17 asking to be let in. I told her she could come back at 12. People have lives, especially on the weekends! You can't just tell them a time and show up whenever you feel like it! Very unprofessional!

From the start we could tell that Michael was a detailed and driven realtor and he worked diligently with us to find the right home at the right price. He accompanied us to numerous listings until we finally won a bid on a nice 2BR/2BA unit in the "Hills" section of Bedminster. This all during the "hey day" of the housing market boom in which homes were being swept up left and right. Times and the market had changed, and we again sought out Michael and his now new agency (which he had recently started with a partner) in selling our then current home in order to move on to bigger and better things, doing so when the housing market had hit the bottom of hill I would say. Still, Michael and his professional team were able to advise us and prepare us for the sale resulting in less than a months time from the sign in the ground to an accepted offer. A very quick turnaround in relation to the market and a testament their expertise. While shopping for our new home, he again accompanied us, to multiple listings, placing multiple offers on different homes. Always presenting sound advice and keeping us level headed throughout the long affair. We ended up winning a bid over two other bidders on a very nice residence, which we thought was perfect for us, due to his spot on advice for our offer which was remarkable given that our bid was not even the highest they had received! But, alas, a third aggressive cash bidder ended up coming in after the fact sweeping it from under us despite our best efforts. The ending of the story is a good one though as an even better prospect was found, thanks to his attention to our needs and tireless searching, which we ending up winning the bid to and purchasing; again having to best another interested party. We were glad to have Michael's smarts and experience on our side throughout the process as it was the key determining factor. I couldn't even begin to imagine another realty agency I would ever use in the future based on our great experiences with Michael and his group. They truly do care about meeting your needs and making the process as easy for you as possible. While the name/title of the agency may seem "fancy" or overwhelming to most. Don't think for a minute that his team won't put the same amount of effort and care into your own situation as they do any of their other clients. Since it was under contract she would call our realtor to put in an offer then would call 30min later not to. This back and forth went on for about 3 weeks. So we just moved on and kept looking for other properties. Then she called us and said it was back in the market BINGO. We thought we had the house..... Well this is where she started to play games and was very unprofessional. My realtor immediately drew up the offer I took off work, signed the paper work and sent the offer. Then she called us with a counter offer. We accpeted it, then she called my mortgage company to verify my credit score and make sure I was able to get approved. Then she called again saying that she wouldn't accept the offer, mind you it was the one she sent and we agreed on. She doesn't have the best interest of the buyer and specially of the seller since she kept with the unprofessionalism for over 2 months. We felt like we were a joke to her, never thought the experience of buying our dream home would be such a nightmare. Buyers stay away from this realtor unless you want to be disappointed.
