We were so excited to have found the perfect hanging baskets for our mom's for Mother's day and also found a few for myself! The service was great and everyone was so friendly! We were anxious to tell everyone what we had found there and encourage them to go there too! BUT, as we were leaving we apparently went out of the parking lot the wrong way (we were doing the same as the two cars before us) and a van with Waggoner's Nursery stickers on the side was waiting to turn in to the parking lot and the gentleman driving the van was very upset with my husband for apparently coming out of the parking lot the wrong way and proceeded to shake his head, throw his hands up in the air, point at us and who knows where else and shout things that we thankfully could not hear! Had we not been in a hurry my husband would have taken back all that we had just purchased! Sadly, the wonderful experience we had just had a few minutes earlier had turned into one that we will never be back for again! I'm sorry that this gentleman was unhappy about the way we were coming out of the parking lot of his business but as I said before this was our first visit and we had no clue that there was a certain way you were suppose to use! Honestly I was surprised that someone would act like that while driving a vehicle that is used to advertise their business! We give 4 stars for your beautiful flowers and 0 for your delivery driver! :(

I called them on a fountain they installed over a dozen times spanning two months. The first time…read morethey showed up they left, with no reasoning I called them and when I finally got in touch, they said that I needed to fill up the fountain?? Yeah I would have if you'd have asked while I was there it takes less than ten minutes! I got them back out again while it was filled up and someone came and took pictures then never heard from them again. After numerous calls and the fountain filling with algae o drained it and waited and waited. Called several more times and finally got another lady said they would be out asap. No one ever showed up. I finally just went into the office, there was an older gentleman eating a sandwich behind the counter, he asked what I needed. So I explained my situation and frustration with him. He then starts cussing me out saying he's the owner and been in business 42 years! I said that's great and laughed at him! I don't care if you've been in business 2 months or 142 years this is crappy customer service! A nicer lady approached and offered some reasoning, while the man was still cussing up a storm! So I told him to forget about it we will never do business again. Not to mention their prices and customer service really suck anyway. Never will I or my extended family ever step foot in there again!!
