The fixtures department gave us terrific choices for our bathroom and kitchen faucets. We found great brand choices. We easily found the mold-resistant sheet rock we wanted, despite the layout of this store being a bit different from our home base. For this trip, rather than using a standard shopping cart, we used one of the flat carts. When it began to overflow, we found a family of them parked in row closely nearby. It was so easy! We were approached by two different associates offering help, which was appreciated. When we checked out, the employee at the register was friendly and engaging. I'm glad we found this location!

Since i purchased my mower I have been to Moranz a handful of times for maintenance items and a couple times for service. Every interaction with Sue and Mark has been outstanding. My last experience for example; I called Moranz and told Sue i need to schedule my mower for service, Sue asked if i would like them to pick my mower up or would i be dropping it off. When i dropped my mower off i was met in their parking lot by one of the Moranz boys and they advised me that they would unload my mower why i checked in. They had my mower ready in no time at all and the pick up process was just as smooth. I love my Hustler and I am very pleased with the level of customer service that Moranz provides! Sue is a delight to deal with and they are very knowledgeable in what they sale. Great job Moranz! Thank you!

Brendan has been upfront on his preferences and opinions on products when asked and carries products he knows that will last or can be easily fixed if something goes wrong. He actually beat Lowe's/Home Depot pricing during one of their big sales and their in-stock items weren't quite as nice as what I ended up with from Shay's. Delivery has been prompt (dishwasher was at the house less than 3 hours after purchase) and professional. When a part on my new range was missing after installation they ordered a replacement and got it to me quickly without any hassle. Although I always prefer to support a local business, my experience has been that Shay's offers a better product, with better support, at the same (or sometimes even better) price.

Service. Serviceman…read morehas been out 7 times. Still wasnt working. No parts on hand, including a ladder. Service consists of putting in or on a part and then call a technician phone number to walk through errors the machine is giving out. Serviceman assured a GE representative would contact us to schedule replacement delivery dates. Not true- you have to call GE, have a case number, submit a statement, documents supporting purchase, reports from Serviceman, notes from technician and then it still goes into a review process. Sold us with local service availability and warranty- well they are a third party contactor to GE, ao you still have to go through GE no matter where you purchase.
