While traveling cross country (FL to AZ) with my dog -- and taking back roads to avoid DFW in TX I got lost. This was not a mistake or coincidence...it was divine intervention that brought me to the Blake Wheelis State Farm office. Things could have ended very differently. It was very hot and I was truly distraught. Employees Allison, Brittany and Cole spent probably close to an hour calming me down and printing directions for me to find I-40 without going through DFW. These employees offered me water, allowed my dog to come inside where it was cool and provided tissues to wipe my tears. Additionally, they printed out numerous pages of directions for me. That was only the beginning. Allison got my phone number and called or texted me every day to make sure I was okay until I reached Arizona. Once I got to I-40 west I was home free as it took me directly to my destination in AZ. The employees at Wheelis Insurance went above and beyond and provided true southern hospitality and a caring attitude. If not for them, I am not sure what would have happened. Such humanity is not common these days. They are to be commended highly. Thank you, Allison, Cole and Brittany from me and Bubba (my dog). Hopefully we will meet again someday under different circumstances.
