Attorney Wodnick and brad Tedstone abused the process of child protection by drumming up false charges on me while I was recovering from being hit by a car. he knew the people involved in this were arrested for prostitution yet took the money anyway. Woodnick and Tedstone through their abuse of process threw this case into a court they themselves characterize as a" rat into a rat "and "pig in a slaughterhouse"My daughter was almost 17 and was forced to communicate on a secret phone yet Mesa police were incapable of taking a police report. My teen now believes taking money born from prostitution was fine and when the people that instituted this stopped paying the rent where she is living in Jan. 2014, CPS and courts covered this up as well violating ASFA and received funding for things I paid for like driving lessons, a car and license and yet previously implied I didn't want her to grow up! Hummm? That doesn't make sense for she was driving her own car at 16 with rules of course. Rat trap it is! .Although my charges were unsubstantiated and my7 lbs of evidence was kept off record by Judge Thompson and appellate court Judge Portley; Woodnick who has favor in this court receives 5 stars on abuse of process. My reputation as a teacher, parent and grandparent as well as a community organizer has been forever tarnished and my teen's life has been destroyed. When she is arrested for prostitution, she can call attorneys Woodnick and Tedstone who knew the allegations were false but wrote them knowing they would be accepted recklessly endangering my daughter's life in which it still is for the desert diva's Pros. ring has hit men as well. Just because she doesn't realize it, doesn't mean it isn't true. This man is dishonest and doesn't even know the law for he stated to me parent abuse doesn't exist. Why are their elder abuse and domestic violence laws then? Why was my oldest daughter arrested as at teen for assaulting me in 1997? I fear this man teaches ethics which is disturbing. I am filing a federal lawsuit next month when my notice has come due. People like this should be disbarred but that system is not viable for they fail to recognize obstruction, perjury et al. and have refused to talk to me after failing to properly investigate prosecutor misconduct and lying to me about it. When my suit is done I am moving out of Arizona unless someone has the guts to clean Maricopa county up and not one person that is involved here is honest except maybe Lopez-Rogers. I may ort may not include him in the lawsuit for it is the courts and county that have propagated this system. CPS and courts purposely put children in homes of people of moral turpitude and then can't understand why a parent is upset? FYI, your teen scan live wherever they want in Az. This attorney was hired by my wife after we had an investigation by CPS. This Attorney Brad Tenbrook was assigned to her case. After 9 months of incurring legal fees this attorney made no communication with my wife regarding the investigation by CPS even though she inquired several times about the status and placed a 20,000 dollar with the firm. It wasn't till my case with Scottsdale Court was resolved that they finally disclosed the CPS case was closed after 10 months of representation. This attorney was very condescending to her and extremely Rude. I would not recommend hiring this firm under no circumstances. They charged us over 10,000 for nothing. I have found my attorney for life - Gregg Woodnick is very knowledgeable, organized, professional and fair to both parties. Family matters can get hectic and even emotional. Gregg was very good at helping me see what was right for both parties while putting my sons interest first. One may feel that the law isn't always fair when it comes to family disputes however, in the end of every case the children are the most important factor and Gregg definitely takes them into account.
