We waited about 15 minutes for a table which wasn't bad considering we were there for a concert and…read moreWembley Park was heaving! The service was pretty good for how busy they were and everyone working there was really friendly. The food was well priced for London and for being so close to a big venue. The pizzas are massive - definitely shareable for 2-3 people. The watermelon and feta salad was great for me because I didn't want to eat too much before the concert. It was really refreshing and tasted very fresh. The caesar salad also looked really good and my friend enjoyed it. My sister said the burger was amazing and it came with well cooked crispy fries that were soft in the middle...perfection! The 'slice of pizza' was only about £9 and actually came with 2 large slices which we weren't expecting. Nice flavour and definitely very generous with their pizza portions, whether it's a slice or the whole pie. They also have their famous bakery at the counter, but we weren't sure if we could take food into the stadium. The crème brûlée doughnut it still on my London food bucket list so I will definitely try it at some point! Their other pastries and doughnuts looked so good, they also had large sausage rolls that were under £4, as well as other savoury pastries. Great place to stop at before a concert and don't charge you to go in during the middle of the day like Boxpark was!

We visited on a non-game, non-event day so I can imagine the experience might be very different…read morewhen it's busy. We had a really easy time getting a table. It was quiet and we were served quickly. I had a very lovely shakshuka which I'm sad to say was my first but will not be my last. I saw it described as a warm hug in a bowl (elsewhere) and I decided to try it here. The only thing I can say is I needed more bread to dip into it. I soaked up my two slices so quickly. I liked the open kitchen and if I had the time I would have liked to experience a class they offer!

Wenzels is a bakery shop, which sell crusty bread, baguettes, sandwiches, cakes and hot savouries…read more On order they also sell, celebration cakes, gateaux and party platters. They also do meal deals like coffee and muffin, or 2 steak slices for £2;50. My personal favourite is two sausage rolls for £1:50 which is delicious, nice crust and soft juicy sausage inside. I'm a real fan pastries ranging from chicken slice, to beef patties. Prices for those are £1:20 to £1;50. Their granary loaf is amazing, just soft in taste. A bit pricey at £1:50 but hey your paying for quality. You know when something is homemade, when its not a perfect shape, and in taste. I also like their carrot cake muffin, just lovely!. At every specific day or holiday (Easter, Christimas, Halloween etc) expect some cake to represent like a Valentine heart cookie, or cake's. The customer service is good. It helps that this store is situated across Sudbury Hill station, so you can get a bite to eat or drink before work or anywhere else. The store is open Mon-Sat from 7am to 5pm. The majority of the Wenzels stores are in greater London except the Baker street store. I think yeah, they do have similar products, and unique ones as well, to Gregg's but i think Wenzels stand on its own concerning quality and the fact you can order cakes for spacial cakes.
