We told Beth before our first video chat that we were first time home buyers. I don't know if she does this with everyone or just everyone that was new but she spent just about an hour with us explaining every step of the process and answering all of our questions. I would say Beth was available to us at all times of the day. She would always message us back extremely quickly. The longest she would take would be if I emailed her late at night (we work nights)... she would answer early morning. For the most part, she would answer within an hour and if it was time sensitive... within a few minutes. I know she had other clients but we always felt as if we were a top priority with her.
