I went to him to inquire about his services to try to gain guardianship of my mother who lives in the same building that his practice is in. Before he even heard what I had to say and how desperately we needed his help to get my mom into assisted living with this being the first step, he stated that he wasn't sure he could help me due to a conflict of interest since he knew who she was. My mom would come down and bring him baked goods. I asked if she had ever came to him for help and he said she had not, then said well "maybe it isn't then". He then proceeded to tell me that it would be around $2000 to represent me even though I already had all the necessary paperwork ready to be filed. What a joke. He was rude and I felt like he didn't care about my situation or our interests at all. My short and sweet summery of my very short experience with Mr. Strileckyj is that it was a huge waste of time and a total RIP OFF! Hope he enjoyed pocketing my $100 for pretty much nothing!

Well I don't know either that is why I hired am attorney. Also when I did have a questions I had to make so many attempts to contact him I felt I was being a bother. But I was just making contact, he would still take a week some times more to call me back to have a 5 minute conversation. I know I am not his only client but no way he has so many he can't call one back for 5 mins in a weeks time. After all I did pay him $5,000 I should expect some help through this process.
