I called and asked if I could drop off our existing papers and then do a phone interview to get the process started. I was told no, the attorney would not allow that. About an hour later I received a call that the attorney would allow it but it would be at least 3 weeks before we could talk via telephone. Nope. Not helpful to me. I found a different attorney.
