I have never before seen so many negative reviews for a doctor or a place in my life so I thought…read morethat maybe they were from a disgruntled patient or a few people who have had a bad experience. Well, the negative reviews are 100% ACCURATE. Here is what happened to me: My primary doctor sent me here for a minor finger discomfort. I noticed immediately that I could not make an appointment with a doctor but with a PA (physician's assistant) only. I was not happy with this but figured it was some weird SOP they follow. The day of my appointment: The front desk staff is RUDE. Many people remarked that they were not at all friendly and I found them very rude and not customer-service-friendly in the least. This appointment was pre-Omicron so I was wearing a mask exceeding the N95 recommendation and staff told me this was not allowed and told me to wear their paper mask which I refused. The PA was attentive and friendly and I received an injection for my issue and to follow up in a month or so with Dr. Ruggieri. Well, the injection which was supposed to help actually made stuff worse. My entire hand began to get stiff and my initial issue was not resolved in the slightest. Fast-Fwd to Dr. Ruggieri: The front desk staff was obnoxious this time. I wore the same style mask as my initial appointment and I was actually forced to wear their paper mask on top of my current mask. I even made a small video asking if they were insane or what??!?! Dr. Ruggieri, if I can describe it in one word, I would say he was incompetent. He told me I needed another shot right away and pressured me into doing hand surgery right then and there. I got a bad vibe from him and just wanted to get out of there. NEWSFLASH: You cannot see a doctor the first time, no matter what. They want to see if your condition, issue, whatever merits their doctors seeing you so you will be seen the first appointment by a PA or NP or someone that is not an MD. This policy is preposterous and reeks of questionable medical ethics/practices in my opinion. If you go to see a doctor and are forced not to because of some policy, then go elsewhere. Fast-Fwd to today: I went to see an actual doctor, and was told it was too soon to do a second injection and was given a regiment of oral pills. I was also told that if I would have received another shot that soon it would have been detrimental to my health. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH AND NERVE!

' now it is my turn to write to dr. lombardy and find a solution for my harassment by this uncivil woman. . aetna sent me medicare papers to recruit me after dumping me in 2021. i had no insurance for the entire month of january. aetna is not just a bogus insurer, they are fraud. the uncivil i will take that filthy woman for a ride if she thinks she will get away. she has a long msg with no real info. then i left msg. for her and never heard. because she is playing hookie with me. she should be fired. . today i received the 2 bill in 2 weeks of $1,200. if dr. lombardy does not get a chance to read this i am sending this email via regular mail. i never wanted to see this patel fellow . being an indian and being very knowledgeable in many areas of life, i don't believe in degrees or diplomas acquired by patels. goodbye charlie. i know french, english, spanish, russian. what do you know, patel? since i did not have the luck to be treated by you, i assumed you are very good.

Unfortunately, my insurance will only pay for one physical therapy issue at a time and I was going for my hip. I asked the doctor a few months later just to rewrite the script so I can start on the the shoulder. He absolutely would not do it and wanted me to have another consult. Most of us know I would go in and he would say the same thing and rewrite the script, while getting paid for a visit and an x-ray. This is not the way to keep patients. The PT who worked on my hip looked at my previous script and after an eval said my arm needed strengthening. He could not begin without an updated script. I will not take a day off from work to go back there. I rather give the satisfaction to a new doctor and form a working alliance with a physician who is more concerned with me than the money.
