When I…read morerequested assistance, the junior attorney stated they would need more money for the retainer. This was also during Covid, but they required me to get quotes, which were impossible to get at the time. They did not send a demand letter until December 4th. The statute of limitations ran out January 27, 2023. Even though I had sufficient proof of my case, I was contacted by phone by the junior attorney telling me the deadline of the statute, and that it was hard to prove cases and if I wished to go to trial they needed $10,000 more. Knowing that to be indicative of what I could expect for my money, I looked for other representation but ran out of time. Most of the fees they billed me for were of phone calls from me abouts the things they were requiring me to do for my case. These were the quotes I couldn't get and other information that as I said before, needed assistance with.
