I have not purchased a vehicle from here but I am a…read moresteadfast believer in bringing back our RAV4 to be serviced by a Toyota Dealer by trained Toyota mechanics. Sure you pay more. No question, but after the time I keep my vehicle I can show every invoice (to whom I sell my vehicle to) and show them it hasn't been serviced at crazy clowns car garage or some other questionable mechanic shop. Over the years we've had some small issues but I would kindly declare that most near all have been dealt with professionalism and quality service. Here is how I go about my service routine. I call for an appointment, get it scheduled, arrive on the day hand in my keys, go wait in their cozy new lounge and wait for my name to be called to pick it up pay and I'm out the door. Quick efficient polite and courteous. I'll keep coming back.
