They claimed my credit was not good enough which is why they got a rate of 3.99% for me at RBC bank. I have an excellent credit score that goes between 710 to 720. The only reason why my credit score goes down is because of the credit checks. The dealer also Included the transport charges and other charges for a used Demo car. I tried to resolve with them amicably but the two Assistant Sale Manager (Real Tetreault and Hugo Lalonde). I spoke with treated me so badly. Real Tetreault said he order the car to be sold as new and he said he did not want to be mean. While he maintains a cold look and a condescending attitude. Hugo Lalonde called my witness  "Arrogant". My witness spoke on my behalf because I could not explain well. My witness asks why he insists a demo car is a new car. He also walked away disrespectfully from the meeting when I pointed out that calling my witness "Arrogant" is unkind and not nice. The sales Agent Sebastien Bouchard kept insisting that a demo car is a new car and never took responsibility for the misled misrepresentation of calling a Demo car a new car on my contract. The accessories on the car are used accessories and were not my choice since Sebastien Bouchard claimed is mandatory and is written on the website that is sold with the car. The Sales agent kept telling me and my witness that a Demo car of 3367KM is a new car. The $2000 I negotiated with the Sales Agent Sebastian Bouchard to remove from the sale price. He never removed it from the final sales price on the contract. The General Sales Director is horrible. His name is Frederic Clermont. He hang up the phone on me and he would not let me talk and explain how badly I was treated by his other employees. It took a couple of back and forth tweets with Toyota Canada before he felt is necessary to call me. He called and his call did not last 3 minutes, He hang up... Instead of putting me on Toyota Finance at a lower rate, they went to cut the deal with the bank and put me on a higher rate with RBC. They make me lose the loyalty of 0.5% with Toyota Canada. Plus Real Tereault lied to Toyota Canada that my credit score isn't that good that is why they put me in the bank. I have a credit score that ranges from 710 to 720. They sold a demo car at a retail price, and did not remove the $2000 I negotiated, plus, on the contract they never indicate is a demo car, they wrote is a New car. The transport charges and PDI charges were all added to the transaction. I will run from dealing with this car dealer in the future. They are not approachable and trustworthy after you sign the contract. They will treat you like a piece of trash. They also wanted to sell me a remote starter and Toyota App for over $1000. Note the remote starter came with the car, and the Toyota App is free of charge for the next year or more. The dealership treated me in a very bad way after signing the contract, The Assistant Sale Managers are the worse. I will never deal with this dealership again. They feel happy ripping me off..

Nice guy trying to do his job but oh boy....I mentioned it was my first time and that I was coming from Spinelli Pointe Claire and it seems that was his cue to try to sell me every possible service. I just wanted an oil change lol. I know they have a job to do but I felt like it was fire at will. On top of that I found their prices not competitive at all. Compared to my local garage, it was down right highway robbery. Sorry guys but it was my first and last time. I'll support my corner garage guy from now on.

While Chartrand did the work, their technician made a mistake that doubled my bill and cost me $1351CAD in unnecessary and additional expenses in the form of a rack and pinion and last-minute, super stressful changes to my travel plans (hotels, train tickets). Their communication throughout was truly terrible; after the first day, I never received a single call back, even after multiple requests and trying by email. I was told I could text with Jean-Pierre and didn't receive a single response, leaving me unsure of when/if my car was being fixed for over a week. After the service, I sent the invoice back to the Ford dealer who made the initial diagnosis, and they confirmed that Chartrand's technician didn't follow protocol. There is only one way to replace that sensor and if you do it any other way, it destroys the column. I've been calling and emailing Chartrand for 3 months now and have received not a single response, despite Xavier and a manager, Yvec, telling me on multiple occasions I'd get a call back soon. I am further bothered that I had to find this out myself; Chartrand never once acknowledged the issue. The protocol is cut and dry in their service manuals, and I feel I got very bad service. The issue remains unresolved and I feel I am more than deserving of a phone call and a refund.

I did everything. I came as appointment to possess the car, one seller (Marco Denommée) told me that they could not sell that car, I had to pay more to get it. It's really surprise me. Worst experience! Be careful! Ask them to give the paper with every detail before going to the finance office because they can tell lie. Isidore Fhima, second seller that I worked with, can tell lie with the reason that he doesn't have the memory, "I forget..."
