I definitely do not frequent temp agencies, as I've been working at my current job for almost 3 years, but these were the first people to respond to the many, many applications I had submitted to many, many employers. The woman who was supposed to meet with me, Danielle, was late to her own appointment. She took me to a back office and talked to me about my work history, etc. She said they had "many positions" open. Finished our conversation and was dismissed with a "we'll call you when we have an assignment for you." Her tone the entire time she was talking to me was disinterested, almost as if I was trash. Look lady, you were the first employer to respond to my application. I took a chance on you. Called three weeks later, as I had not heard anything, and a different woman answered the phone, claimed she would "pass my message on" to Danielle, and I would hear back soon. It's been 6 months and I have yet to hear anything. Don't waste your time here. Express is right down the street and they will treat you with dignity and respect, and you'll be working as soon as the next day.
