No matter how many times I call them to let them know they are billing my new medical group even though I was with the old medical group within my insurance provider at the time of this. They can't seem to digest this information no matter how many emails I send or phone calls I make to them. Horrible customer service because you can't get anything corrected no matter how hard you try. Now they are threatening to send me to collections even though I've let them know their billing is to the wrong group. I've seen one other review of somebody that keeps getting billed by them too, and you just can't get the information corrected. Horrendously frustrated by their customer support.
