Dr. Yuen did not disappoint. She listened to my ongoing concerns, planned to meet with me regarding future health management, and most importantly, did not push services on me that I did not want. Front office staff did their best to move patients through and was very helpful. Parking can be tight in the lot in front of the building; check around the side for additional spots. So far, I'd highly recommend this location. Will update when I've dealt with ongoing care and billing.

My review is of the clinic/staff itself. Dr Roman is fantastic, he's Amazing, friendly, all that good stuff. When I first met him in the ICU and when I saw him again at the clinic he still had that same positive energy so he gets 5 stars Now, the ones that be answering the phones/receptionist I just knew with them being rude on the phone that they most likely was going to be the same way in person. I sure wasn't wrong. When I first called them to make an appointment they seemed annoyed, not friendly and just seem they were just having a bad day. I kept having to get rescheduled because of my insurance and each time I called they just seemed like they hated their jobs. When I finally showed up for my appointment the receptionist were the same way. Not welcoming, no smiles, not friendly and seemed to be bothered by questions and overall they just look miserable/tired. I'm all about customer service and usually will not come back to a place where the customer service is bad. The front desk staff and echo technician were all very polite and helpful. They have handicap parking right up front and had automatic opening doors which is very helpful with my mom being in a wheelchair. They have health classes here sometimes, and had a dedicated room for them. The space has an assisted living facility feel, especially in the nice waiting area. The clinic was nicely decorated for Christmas. While I still have my issues with the general Health Texas call system, this clinic offered a pleasant in-person experience.

The offices are relatively new, clean, and attractively furnished. The hallways have old pictures of the Quarry back before it was a shopping mall. The docs I've met here have all been proficient and professional. Parking is easy, and there's even a strategically placed Salata right next door so you can go eat healthy after your checkup. Some of the offices overlook the Quarry golf course, which is scenic. There's also an emergency room right next door if things go south in a hurry at your medical exam. I just wish they'd get some magazines for the waiting room. What kind of doctor's office doesn't have anything to read in the waiting rooms? Bring your own if you want something to read.
