The shoes were revolting--dirty, worn, and completely unsanitary. I couldn't believe they were even allowed on the sales floor. The prices are a complete joke. The purses were just as bad. The "name brand" bags up front were priced higher than what you can buy them for brand new. This is a thrift store, not a luxury boutique--act like it. The staff made the experience even worse. No greeting, no customer service, nothing. When I asked an employee for help, she flat-out told me she was too busy while standing around gossiping with another employee. The lack of professionalism was shocking. This place is a mess from top to bottom. Management clearly doesn't care, employees aren't trained, and customers are treated like an inconvenience.
