Worst cab company ever ! Every single driver we have from them have been rude and useless! My Nan is disabled and before we knew of any other cab company we used to have to order from them every Saturday at least twice A day ! Always rude ! Every driver has there own price and some are sneaky and overcharge u! I ordered a cab yesterday and I was given number 25 and was told the cab was on its way I waited an hour with frozon food and shopping and the cab never came. I had to throw away 25 worth off frozen food and end up getting a black cab. My family and I have used greyhound cars for the past 20 odd years and never had a problem up until this year. The first incident happened earlier this year when the driver took me to the wrong place and I had to give him directions. And the second incident happened only a week or so ago. I was picked up in the morning from West Norwood and asked the driver to check the address he was driving to. He confirmed the postcode I asked for and continued to drive. He drove the opposite way to the route I am used to so I asked him to check again. He confirmed the address. Only when we ended up in tooting the driver says " oh I made a mistake".... He was meant to take me to Bermondsey which is nowhere near tooting!! So he took me through loads of traffic and eventually got to bermondsey almost an hour later. I refused to pay so I got out of the cab and walked towards the tube station. The driver followed me into the tube station and grabbed my bag, telling me I had to pay and would not let go until I did. I still refused to pay, if someone does not fulfill their job role they don't get paid. I was over an hour late for work, I had lost money so it was only fair that he did. He still persisted to grab on to my bag. I had people in the tube station telling him to let me go. Eventually the tube station manager arrived and said I should just pay. Again I refused. I was DISGUSTED by this drivers behaviour. He should have checked his navigation system once I asked but he never. He did not do his job properly. I will never ever use Greyhound again, and they wonder why uber is so popular. read more

DONT USE got Cab from ST GEORGES HOSPITAl from their free phone directly linked to this cab company. Was quoted an amount for cab fare home when I got home feeling very sick I was told the fare was £6 more than quoted and he had made a mistake . The driver had no knowledge of area filthy taxi and didn't speak hardly any English. This is second time I have been conned by this company didn't realise it was same company . After complaining to company they said had contract with st Georges for years I commented that they had been ripping off sick people for years then and that was ok !! The phone was slammed down on me after verbal abuse !!am taking it up with the Hospital which is an excellent hospital in regard to care shame they use a dodgy cab company read more
