I called to confirm my booking the day before my flight where my name was written down wrong. On my return the cab office had my flight details and enough time to get there, instead no one was there to greet me, once I called the office the attitude once I explain what had happened was appallin. Then to insult me further I was told it would be a 30 mins wait and it would be £60 when originally quoted £55. The guy on the phone then told me there was no one called michael firstly then laughed down the phone and hung up on me. I'm absolutely disgusted and have never been treated like this in my life!! I would never recommend them
