This is the most scary place to put your trust for them in keeping their word on the schedule sticking! They need better system in helping people and the buses when delays happen-- or breakdowns-- need quicker help. Their disability 800 number is all a bunch of *who knows* that don't live in the US (heavy accent/broken English) And they don't actually help! They hang up or transfer you to their survey line. I will not allow my people to pay to get themselves a trip somewhere with greyhound. I'd prefer to transport them myself or fly them with Southwest where it's cleaner, stable, helpful and no drama! FYI, no refunds! Does not matter if it's their fault-- you will never see your money ever again! read more

This station is VERY hard to find. Would recommend getting tickets and pickup/drop off at Buckeye & 24th at location instead since they have actual people and a wait area. There is no sign to show pickup/dropoff, but the surrounding businesses say the bus stop in front of the "MK International store" or in that area. There is no waiting area and you have to wait on the side of the building. Service over the phone was terrible too, they could only give the address but no exact directions or guidance to find the actual stop since the people answering calls were 'overseas'. read more

These guys are not good. For one they were supposed to take me and my mother from LA to Dallas and these guys stopped in phoenix Arizona for a delay due to fires in LA then they started saying due to weather the highway to Dallas was closed off then out of nowhere they cancelled our tickets! And we paid nearly $600 just for 2 tickets these things are not cheap people!! They won't refund the money but instead compensated with a Voucher to deduct money off from our new tickets luckily the voucher was for 400 something dollars and it gave us free bus tickets but someone please look into this stuff because they just out of nowhere cancelled our tickets. I'm not happy and neither is my mom we are just tryna get home I'm sure many other people have this same issue and this needs to be looked into read more

Although the bus stop was pretty hard to find due to the sign being changed, it still arrived ON time and stopped in front of the "MK international" store. The bus driver was nice and helped us with enough information as possible. We checked in with ease just by scanning our ticket and loading in our carry ons. The inside of the Bus wasn't bad at all either, there was all kinds of people minding their business. read more

Now that I've moved to Arizona, I know I'll be visiting this location fairly often! I am super appreciative of the women who work here. They deserve recognition! They go above and beyond and are super helpful while being so friendly!! My boyfriend missed his ride this morning because we followed their app. I DON'T RECOMMEND FOLLOWING THEIR APP! It stated the bus was delayed, so we didn't show up to the initial time we were supposed to. The wonderful ladies here were honest with us and didn't just try to take more money out of us. This location is much more unique than others because it's very intimate and not overwhelming when there's a lot of passengers waiting to board. I also like this location because I can watch my family/ friends leave while saying bye! Other locations won't allow you to get in the waiting area unless you have a purchased ticket. I am grateful for the employees here and will be seeing them very often! Thank you for all your help!! read more

there is no actual building. it's a pick up drop off location, the buss itself comes 20min before but i would def have someone wait with you until it comes because the area is scary read more

I have a love/hate relationship with Greyhound. The price while slightly cheaper than driving was a bit much when you take into concideration that the buses were full, I was at the mercy of the bus schedule, so I couldn't stop whenever or wherever I wanted and stay as long as I wanted to. On half the busses the electrical outlets didn't work. The drivers were good, I didn't care for customer service, the reason for my 1 star rating. read more

greyhound has lost my5 business forever and here's why: they are nothing but liars promising me a $60 e-voucher towards my next trip (because my last trip to vegas was a total nightmare in both directions) and then leaving me hanging waiting for it!! i was put on ignore for hours each time i called their "toll-free" number and when i finally got a hold of a live agent, they don't even speak english!! you can't even chat with them through the website's link that says "chat with a live agent" because they close the conversation before you can get two words in!! i can see why they had to sell the company last year............because their customer service sucks big time!! read more

I had a terrible experience with this company from the get go. I went from Orange County to New Mexico. There were not only delays at every stop but also one bus never even showed up so I was stuck in Phoenix for an entire day and had to get a hotel. They lost my luggage which had a laptop and their claims service is terrible. Avoid this company at all costs! Even the drivers don't want to work for this company as they routinely don't even show up to work! read more

terrible experience! the bus was initially supposed to come at 11:50am, and got delayed all the way to 8pm, because the bus didn't have a driver to leave Las Vegas. the front desk guy and his girlfriend literally got into a physical fight with this mom and her son. the inside of the bus station is dirty and smells, while also having bathrooms that don't lock. total shit show, if anything take a flix bus AND MAKE SURE ITS A FLIX BUS read more

Horrendous experience. My wife and I gave up driving about eight months ago. We use Uber, Lyft and other services. We were going to Flagstaff and opted to use Greyhound. We originally booked the Phoenix location on Buckeye Road, but later realized the Glendale station was only a mile from our home. On the night of travel, we Uber'd to the Glendale Station. It is now a market, but Greyhound maintains a pickup point there. Our bus was scheduled for 9 am. Because a few reviews said that people simply were not picked up, we called at 9:15 because our bus also had not yet arrived. Indeed, the pickup had been canceled due to staffing. The bus would not arrive until about 1 am. We later found out that it didn't arrive until 4:00 am. With a light drizzle going on, and Uber had left, we were stuck. We asked one of the people coming out of a nearby business if they would be interested in driving us to Flagstaff for $150. They said "sure" Uber would have cost us $157. Once in Flagstaff, I called Greyhound and asked for a refund. Because my ticket was non-refundable, they said our tickets could not be refunded even though it was was them who canceled the trip. They did at least offer to reschedule. So... here is my summary: FIRST: The site was outside and in a sketchy neighborhood with no benches. Strike one. SECOND: The trip was canceled causing us to make alternate arrangements at our expense. Strike two. THIRD: They refused to give a refund. Strike three. . . Overall, Greyhound should protect their reputation better. I don't see how they have existed all this time treating their customers like this. Based on the reviews, I'd say your experience will be either "GOOD or BAD" I may use them if I have to, but since the price is comparable to Uber, that will be my first choice. read more

I can not believe they can legal keep all your money - no refunds unless you pay a lot more money. I literally tried to get a refund 30 minutes after purchasing 2 tickets for my ungrateful stepdaughter and my grandson. They decided they were 2 good to ride the bus. I called greyhound and tried to explain...stated I understand a cancellation fee, but for them to just keep all of my money was unbelievable! I'm not using an ounce of their service, and all the manager would say "that's our policy". Never again! I do not recommend them unless you are there at that moment ready to get on the bus. 2/5 stars simply because it was an adventure. Not amazing in the least. I fly out of town once a month for work on average, this will be the one and only time I use greyhound as an adult. The staff are generally rude and impatient while the passengers range from students to ex cons.. A mix of people that I would not normally encounter otherwise. Spend the extra $100 and fly to your next destination. read more

Really ghetto but still gets the job done. I've been sitting here for like 30 minutes waiting for the greyhound to come so my cousin can get on it and I've seen two shenanigans go down. First it was these two dudes riding there bikes around looking like they're from the movie Friday staring down everybody but i have my Glock so i'll be fine. :) Second incident was a couple arguing then she left her dude stranded here. Greyhound seriously needs to get it together. The bus never showed up at the Glendale, Az station this morning, which would have taken passengers to the Phoenix station. I had to call a Lyft for my Mom as she was worried she would miss her bus leaving Phoenix, as well as the 3 other passengers stuck there. The girl working the counter planned on getting them an Uber she said, since the bus was so late and unreachable, but time kept ticking and no ride came so I payed out of pocket for everyone's Lyft. Greyhound better reimburse me, seriously. But that's only the beginning. My mom's trip has been nothing but a nightmare since she arrived at that station at 8:40am. She's STILL not reached her destination and it's 13 hours later. Can I track her bus online? No, Greyhound keeps removing the schedule altogether so I have no way of arranging a ride for her in L.A. Greyhound is full of disrespectful employees, who seem to have no respect for their customers. To get any respect is rare. They tend to act as if it's a personal favor to go above the bare minimum amount of customer service. I have had a slightly above average experience with a few employees. One of which admitted that the greyhound staff was full of less than friendly people. Particularly would like to shout out your Phoenix terminal. They're all very rude. I'm a very easy going guy and when you piss me off I won't forget it! Because it doesn't happen often at all. I had such a terrible experience here right now. Not only can I not stand how smelly, run down, and abandoned looking this place is but the staff here is so rude and unsympathetic. I legit say a man get left behind because when he asked the worker if this was his bus she just quickly said no to get rid of him and he than did miss his bus. I almost couldn't get on the bus with my sister back home because the lady wouldn't want to print out her ticket in order to get on. There really needs something to be done about this location because I dread having to come down there every single time. read more

I just have a couple things to say here. This station is small and not in the best area, but that is irrelevant if you just hop on the bus and go. There was a man yesterday working as I was waiting for my bus to flagstaff, and he was the nicest man I encountered. Literally every single person who came inside was SOOOOO RUDE to him, but he always remained calm and spoke nicely in response. To me, it is amazing for greyhound to have such a patient man like this working there especially considering the area because he was so attentive and polite regardless of the rude customers. read more

So we started at the location in tolleson no one answered the phone and when we finally found it it looked to be closed & was merged with a tire shop? Lol wtf ... 2 guys also looking for their bus were stranded with no bus in sight so we lefttt, we went to the nearest one which is the glendale location and the employees here are ghetto and rude...
