Honestly this place can get frustrating. Used this parking about 3 times. 1st time, great. 2nd time, waited over an hour in the summer after already waiting over an hour at baggage claim for someone to pick us up. Nobody answered the phone and everyone drove by us. They gave us a slight discount for the waiting. This 3rd time, called, was told where to go, went there, shuttle came, waved them down. No one inside of there, and just drove by us about 3 shuttles up. Started walking there, and the guy drove off. Had to wait an extra 15 minutes for the next shuttle. New driver was nice and apologized. Told us to tell the ladies in the front and they just said there's nothing they can do. Lame. read more

Waited for over a half an hour to be picked up at the airport. The parking spot "SOUTH LOT" van came by 3 times while we waited. There was no apology they made it seem like it was somehow our fault. We will be using the Spot parking from now on. read more

There has been an issue with the scanners giving the discounts for first responders. I stopped by desk to ask about the issue. Was informed they know about it. Was told the total was $78 and with the discount it would be $45 and to scan this paper I was given. WRONG WORNG was charged the full amount. This was my go-to as I travel for work every quarter ...but noticed the shuttles were running slower and slower and every time I would arrive back I would watch the sea of yellow busses with spots back to back while waiting astronomical times for this shuttle. Absolutely the BEST solution for me! I travel as much as I can and have always used Uber to get to and from the airport. I recently moved about an hour away, in a rural area, so Uber is no longer an economical option. I took a chance and made a reservation here for my 10 day vacation in April, for a very early flight, and was so pleasantly surprised that I did it again over the weekend for a mid day flight and much shorter stay. GPS takes me straight to the lot with no issues, the ladies at the booth are very polite and helpful for both first timers and second timers, lol. I was directed exactly where to park both times and the shuttle was available almost immediately to get me to the airport. I was given a ticket that had instructions for my return and the area in the lot that my car was parked in. The shuttle ride to the airport is very quick and smooth. Upon my return both times, I simply called the number on the ticket, let them know that I was ready for pick up, headed out to the noted pick up location and the shuttle was there within moments. No long delays or waits either time. April return to the lot time was at 1130 PM and this weekend was at 5 PM, both were Sundays. My return in April was very late at night, the shuttle driver loaded my bags into my trunk and stayed by the car until I was inside and had the car on. I felt very safe! Over this past weekend, my flight returned much earlier, during daylight hours, however, the shuttle driver still made sure I was ok before he moved on. That kind of security for a single female travelor is so refreshing, I appreciated it from the bottom of my heart. I never worried about my car either time and it was in the same condition when I returned as it had been when I dropped it off. The pricing is incredible, the drivers are very polite and the booth attendants are always cheerful. Listen up frequent travelers! We normally park in the East side long term parking when we travel. Tried to park there and everything was full! Hubby looked at an alternative and found SKY HARBOR AIRPORT PARKING https://www.skyharborairportparking.net/ and what an excellent experience! The lot is off site just as the other long term parking services are as well. We made a reservation online ahead of time, (you can choose between open or covered parking), and when we arrived we were directed to our prearranged reservation spot. A van was immediately at our car and took our luggage directly to the transfer bus. No standing around waiting for someone to come get us in a parking lot and no struggling with luggage and/or kids to catch the next train. When we came back, a transfer van was waiting and helped with our luggage once again. We were dropped right at our car! Both drivers that helped us were polite, efficient and friendly. I would definitely recommend using this service again and this will now be where we park when traveling! Service is affordable, open 24/7, lot is secure and I love not having to struggle with escalators and rushing to a train to get to and from the airport! read more

Been using this company for parking for all my travel plans for years. Started out great and has gone to crap. No customer service. Gate attendants are always miserable. The General Manager Brandi is rude and has no customer service resolving problems. Don't try to present coupons as they don't honor them. They just have them on their website for false advertisement. They clearly need more drivers, they operate on a skeletal crew which means you stand outside in 105 degrees for 29 mins or more waiting on a van. it's ridiculous, they clearly have full parking lots but no need to service them with vans and drivers. read more

It was pretty easy making a parking reservation online on their website. I chose covered parking and paid a portion of the total fee upfront with the rest to be due upon exiting the parking lot after my stay. I arrived 30 minutes before my scheduled reservation, which wasn't a problem. The attendant at the front gate checked my reservation and directed me where to park. It was hard navigating the aisles in the dark because the row number labels weren't always clear. They send the shuttle to pick you up from your parking spot, and the shuttle driver gives you a slip of paper with your parking spot number on it as well as directions for where to go in the airport after your return to get picked up and taken back to the lot. Upon my return, I followed the directions, which were very clear, through the airport to the pickup spot and the shuttle driver dropped me off right at my car. I was charged the final amount when exiting the parking lot. Overall, I had a good experience parking here. It looks a little sketchy at night, but the most important things were that I got my covered parking, my car was safe, and service was easy, straightforward, and exactly what I was expecting. read more

I have been using this business, with no issues, for years. Now their prices increased but I am loyal. I got a price quote, in writing, then parked my car there for five days. I just picked up my car and was told they have holiday prices now and insisted I had to pay the increase, even though I had a quote and was already parked there before they had a price increase. I was a real jerk to the lady in the cashiers booth and refused to get out of the exit until I spoke with a manager. No one was available. Finally the cashier called the manager personally and got me a discount to the quoted price. By this time nine cars were backed up behind me. I think it is wrong to quote one price then raise prices after without telling anyone until we are trying to leave the property. I feel really betrayed by this company now and will bring my business to another parking place, especially for a holiday. Also their website says nothing about holiday pricing, only on a hand written sign on the cashier booth. read more

No problems with parking at SHAP. Best price in town! I want to point out how helpful staff was when I couldn't bring up my reservation on my phone. The day before I flew home I called them around 5 or 6 am and THEY ANSWERED THE PHONE.. I know.. WHAT??? The nice woman was able to find my reservation and told me what to do when I had to exit the lot. There were no problems exiting the lot. For a 'discount' venue they have better customer service than a lot of businesses by the sheer fact you're not left hanging on a outgoing message phone tree (ie., press 1, press 3.. aacckkk!). Driver said he didn't know when the next shuttle would come, a very disrespectful "man" ( a real man would know how to act) cut me off and took the only space available. There were at least 40 people waiting for the same shuttle. Had to take a taxi back. Terrible. Goes by Sundance Airport Parking too. So that's not confusing right? Call in instructions say terminal 3 door 11. Their GREEN shuttle saying sky harbor airport parking drives right by us at the pickup spot 5 minutes after our call notifying we were ready for pickup. So we call in saying what gives? We are told we need to be at #9 which is 25 feet away. Makes no difference and the airport signs clearly say we are in the correct area, #11. 34 minutes later GREEN shuttle saying sky harbor airport parking pulls into #11 and we FINALLY have a ride. The driver picks up for two different lots, again, confusing. The driver was nice, but the wait was way too long, customer service on the phone not helpful at all, will never use this company again. read more

I have parked here for the last 3+ years. Super easy, always reasonably priced, with no major issues. My one suggestion to the drivers: if you are picking up a shuttle full of people, and some folks don't have their return parking slip (to ID where they parked), drop off the folks who have the slip FIRST. Easy enough to park in the lot and their driver Austin was very friendly and professional. However, upon trying to check out (which was not clearly labeled), another VERY aggressive employee driver (with a van full of passengers) attempted to drive his vehicle into the car I was driving while honking at us, knowing there was a car behind me and that I couldn't back up. This was very intentional and not an accident on his end. He yelled at me and my family rather than helping us find the right way to go. I am extremely taken aback and can't imagine how unprofessional and frightening this behavior must have been for his passengers. I can't imagine employing someone with behavior such as this, especially for a driving company. Road rage has no place in a business like this. read more

Because we were apparently over 1hr 24mins from the time we parked on Sat, we were charged for 2 days a total of $30 for a short one day trip.
