Finally received a call on November 11, told the lady I requested a refund because I haven't heard from her and the Facebook page I found said they were permanently closed. She said that wasn't the current page. Guess it would have been nice if she would have offered for me to pay them directly for the price I paid for the deal and offered a lesson at the deal price. Hope to find my daughter a location that has better communication with potential customers.
